In the summer, Riverbend is situated among acres of forested hiking and mountain biking trails. There is a summer trailhead located right at the condo for hiking access to the mountain. Many also hike right up the four o'clock and snowflake ski runs for quick exercise and fresh air.
For downtown access, Main Street is a short 3 1/2 block walk or you can take the FREE city shuttle, which picks up right outside the building.
